Soudi was born in Iran and raised in Shiraz, the city of poets, literature, and flowers.

She started playing badminton at the age of 8 and continued professionally until her last year of university.
She has always maintained a very active lifestyle, with daily functional workouts, hiking, and running as her favorite activities to keep her mind and body healthy.
