Group classes on Reformer / Tower are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure personalized attention and precise corrections. This approach allows everyone to progress accurately, under the attentive eye of the instructor, for optimal practice tailored to individual needs.

Punctuality is essential for the smooth flow of the class, which starts with warm-up exercises to prepare the body, followed by increasingly intense movements, and finishes with a cool-down. Arriving on time ensures a smooth practice and respect for the group, which is crucial for progressing effectively and safely.

Our instructors teach in 9 languages: French, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Norwegian, Greek, and Finnish. We promote an inclusive environment where everyone can practice in their own language, in a warm and globally-minded setting.

Keana opened in August 2004, among the first Pilates studios in Paris. Since then, we have shared our expertise with dedication and passion. Our mission remains unchanged: to offer high-quality classes, accessible to all and tailored to each student.
