As a BASI Pilates instructor, I’m truly passionate for all things wellness-related. I’m a strong believer that low-impact workouts can change the body and mind. My practice is all about alignment, proper muscle engagement, breath, and mindfulness. I was diagnosed with a 28-degree lumbar scoliosis at the age of 13 and ever since then, I have been moving. My diagnosis carved my path towards wellness, healthy living and how essential it is to take care of oneself in a mindful way. What I love about Pilates is that it’s for everyone. It teaches us how to move better, more efficiently, with ease and grace.
